This mandatory training ensures that everyone is informed about our Sustainability Concept, including:
- The latest status and developments
- Our 2025 Sustainability KPIs and performance tracking
- Internal Carbon Pricing and its role in our decision-making
- Future sustainability initiatives and priorities

Corporate training concept
Our mandatory trainings are part of our Corporate Training Concept, which officially started on 1 January 2024. The primary goal is to include a certain number of standard trainings for all employees, identify gaps, and continually evolve our internal training concept. Through these efforts, we aim to:
- expand our knowledge and capacity as a company
- retain talents
- build a corporate culture
- remain competitive
- increase performance and efficiency
- improve collaboration and communication.
With a common training level across all employees, we also want to ensure that our employees:
- can use our internal tools in the best possible way
- are trained on modern/new technologies in general.
