On Thursday, September 5th, 2024, colleagues from the Chartering, Container, Project, Fleet Department, and OneBulk teams embarked on a team trip to Sylt.
After checking in, the team enjoyed a three-course dinner at the hotel, followed by drinks and good conversations. The following day, the event began with a guided mudflat hike in the Bay of Blidsel, located south of List. The group was introduced to the local ecosystem, observing fresh oysters and various small creatures like crabs and worms.
After the hike and some fish sandwiches at the beach, the team headed to List to board the fishing boat MV Rosa Paluka. The crew onboard provided an engaging introduction to the diverse marine life of the North Sea, showcasing species such as fish, oysters, crabs, starfish, and various mussels.
In the evening, the team dined at the renowned fish restaurant “Gosch” on Sylt, followed by more drinks and good conversations.
This trip was a great opportunity for team bonding and exploring the unique natural beauty of Sylt.
