Last month we announced the formation of our new JV company Clemenger Bertling Projects in Australia. Since then, we have seen an increased level of inquiries for transports to/from Australia and new tenders coming our way in the next months.
We decided to take this excellent start of our JV business as occasion to invite existing, potential clients and business partners to Bar Lafayette in Perth to mingle and meet our team members from Clemenger and Bertling, and to discuss future collaboration opportunities in Australia. We had Michael Clemenger, Charles Yip, Robert Sim, Chris Nicholson, Sam Pengilly, Danny St Claire, Ron See and Richard Jones attending the event and representing our JV company.
Many carriers, shipping lines and valued (potential) customers and business friends joined us for drinks, snacks and to try our delicious JV cookies.
The timing could not have been better – it was Ladies Football World Cup 2023 – and we arranged for a TV for our guests to watch the exciting semifinal of Australia vs. England in between networking.
The whole evening was a full success and would like to thank Michael Clemenger and his team for arranging this event and look forward to our continuous collaboration.
