Our BLU4U user interface is designed and set up individually for each project and shipment, in line with our customers’ requirements. Project-specific data is collected in a central database to provide maximum visibility of shipment status information, displayed on highly user-friendly dashboards.
BLU4U comes with various reporting options, also tailored to our customers’ requirements (e.g. timing, format) and commitments, such as status reports, in-transit reports, etc. Depending on the level of data and tracking specification required by our customers, we offer tracking in BLU4U at either shipment or purchase order level.

At Bertling we consider up-to-date, robust and reliable IT systems to be an integral part of logistics project management and key success factor for efficient transports and large-scale projects. The ability to control data, ensure data security, deliver integrated systems, provide reliable hardware and software components, and deliver reporting and tracking data to even the most remote of locations is essential and one of our key areas of expertise.
Access to BLU4U is protected by individual usernames and passwords, allowing different user rights to be assigned to individual users - from 'read-only' to 'partly editable' to 'fully editable' – with customer-specific password change policies (if required). This allows clients and third parties to add comments and remarks to the tracking system, enabling real-time communication between the parties involved.
BLU4U has been developed in-house, by our own IT company, Besitec, in close collaboration with our logistics experts. BLU4U is continuously enhanced, equipped with additional features and made user-friendlier, to ensure it fulfils the requirements of our customers now and in the future.

If you are new to BLU4U and would like to request access and receive a demo of the most main features, please contact our IT expert, Therese Strootmann.
If you just want a quick overview of the status of your shipment? Then click on the sticky menu on the left-hand side of our website and use the Quick Tracking there. All you need is the container number or tracking number that we print on our quotations and invoices. No customer-specific data is displayed, but you can see the general cargo and shipment information and the current status at a glance. Everything is available at any time, without logging in.
