Our Heavy-Lift and engineering experts were recently around to supervise the complex loading operations of six Flying Lead Deployment Frames and four Flying Lead Deployment Baskets on board the Heavy-Lift Vessel MV Fredensborg.

Volume: Each frame measures 6m (L) x 9.60m (W) x 5.10m (H) and weighs 14.7 tons. The baskets are 3.60m (L) x 2.80m (W) x 3.00m (H) large and weigh 4.5 tons each.

Frist, our Heavy-Lift experts supervised the trailer loading and lashing operations when the cargo arrived at the port. Then our colleagues supervised the loading and securing operations on board of the vessel, where special dunnage, stoppers and welding works were required to safeguard the cargo for the sea transport.
Upon completion of all shipping preparations, MV Fredensborg set sail to Agogo Port, Luanda where she is expected to unload on 21 October.
