WE ARE HIRING
Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a Project Operations / Compliance Executive to join our team for an exciting opportunity in our Kuala Lumpur Office.
The successful applicant will be involved with:
Operations
- Follow company procedures and processes to execute shipments by sea, air, and road. The role is from start to finish including customer service.
- Attend customer sites and also the port/airport for supervision of projects.
- Work together with the operations manager to support compliance-related functions such as ISO.
Team Synergy
- Work closely with peers in our Pricing Teams to ensure that all opportunities are fully developed to their maximum potential;
- Be open-minded and actively seek additional training from other sections when the workload allows, only in agreement with the respective management teams.
- Support and work in other sections when workload requires it, only in agreement with the respective management teams.
Quality & Compliance
- Quality and compliance must be at the heart of everything we do at Bertling, so we have to ensure that we follow and embrace the corporate direction in this regard.
The successful applicant will have/be:
- Freight Forwarding knowledge on both ocean and air freight
- Project forwarding knowledge is an advantage
- A willingness to work at Client Site, Port / Airport / Outstation.
- Knowledge of compliance and ISO
- Good organizational skills
- A professional outlook and attitude to work
- Proactive to seek continuous improvement and new solutions
