WE ARE HIRING
Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team for an exciting opportunity in our London office.
The successful applicant will be involved with:
- Accounting oversight: Ensuring that accounting records are accurate and that reported results comply with accounting and Group standards.
- Financial planning and reporting: Preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly financial reports for local management team and Group.
- Financial analysis: Producing financial analysis and commentary for local management team and Group.
- Managing audits: Lead fieldwork packs and request lists from external accountants, tax advisors and auditors.
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring the company complies with local laws and regulations and Group matters.
- Financial risk management: Working with local leadership team to ensure adherence to Group standards.
- Cash flow management: Producing third-party and inter-company cash flow forecasts.
- Training: Leading the training process for the finance department and admin team.
Key Activities include:
- Project Accounting - data quality, income recognition and work-in-progress
- Sales & Gross Profit - variance analysis and commentary
- Balance Sheet - reconciliations and integrity thereof
- Accounts Receivable - order to cash (credit controller and admin supervisor)
- Accounts Payable - procure to pay suppliers and overheads (accounts assistants)
- Overheads - oversight of accounting for property and other administration expenses
- Cashflow - oversee cashbook actuals and forecasts
- HMRC - various matters incl. vat return
The successful applicant will have/be:
- Relationship management and interpersonal skills

- Presentation skills
- Pragmatic approach to (and) problem solving and decision making skills
- Coaching and people management skills
- PC literate with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint operational skills
- Administration and Man Management skills
- Accountant fully qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience in a similar role (essential)
