WE ARE HIRING
Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team for an exciting opportunity in the USA.
The successful applicant will be involved with:
- Oversee general accounting, receivables and payables and cash management
- Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes
- Prepare, review and submit monthly management financial statements (MRs)
- Monthly WIP preparation and review
- Review or prepare account reconciliations
- Review or record journal entries
- Review and submit quarterly reporting package
- Analyze revenues, expenses and balance sheet items as needed
- Approve disbursements and liaise with banks
- Assist CFO with budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Primary contact for and coordinator of annual IFRS financial statement audit
- Queries from and correspondence with head office accounting
- Consistently meet reporting deadlines with a goal of no adjustments or corrections after submission
The successful applicant will have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5 years relevant accounting and financial reporting experience
- Minimum 3 years managing an accounting team
- Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
