WE ARE HIRING

Our dynamic, international organization is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team for an exciting opportunity in the USA.

The successful applicant will be involved with:

  • Oversee general accounting, receivables and payables and cash management
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes
  • Prepare, review and submit monthly management financial statements (MRs)
  • Monthly WIP preparation and review
  • Review or prepare account reconciliations
  • Review or record journal entries
  • Review and submit quarterly reporting package
  • Analyze revenues, expenses and balance sheet items as needed
  • Approve disbursements and liaise with banks
  • Assist CFO with budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Primary contact for and coordinator of annual IFRS financial statement audit
  • Queries from and correspondence with head office accounting
  • Consistently meet reporting deadlines with a goal of no adjustments or corrections after submission

The successful applicant will have/be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 5 years relevant accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Minimum 3 years managing an accounting team
  • Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
